We are launching our website. Our website http://www.birminghamec.com/ is scheduled for official launch on Monday 7/14/2011. We are very excited with the site and are looking forward to receiving input from everyone for improvments we can make.
We have included some features to the site that we think will benefit our customers, current employees, and future employees.
One of the features we have implemented on the site is "Online Service Request" for customers in non-emergency need of service. This is a simply online form filled out by the customer. We garuntee contact within 4 to 8 hours to setup an appointment to either complete service needed or consultation with an electrician to offer solutions to help the customers needs.
Another added feature to the website is this blog. Plans are to included on this blog articles for the genreal public on: energy saving ideas, green enrgy implements, electrical safety, as well as general information that we think could be useful to anyone.
